WHYÂ FITNESS?
For as long as I can remember fitness, sports, and living a healthy lifestyle has been a major part of my life. I've learned countless things throughout my years as a fitness professional while living an active lifestyle. Of all the things I've learned thus far I have two important take aways. First is that fitness is different for everyone. Not one human being is the same as another and getting "fit" can be as simple as feeling better than you did the previous day. Second but just as equally important is learn as much as you can for as long you can. As long as I'm alive and in the fitness industry I never want to stop learning. Fitness is always changing and I plan to keep changing with it.
